New Year Resolutions

What resolutions we should take?

On the starting of a New year, We take resolutions to make some changes in our daily life or to increase our standard of living.

But this is also true that we often not stick to these resolutions.This mostly happens with everyone.

So, we should all take some small resolutions and then try slowly to raise there quantity.

Some resolutions we should take are:

  • Start drinking a lot of water and Green tea. 
  •  Start eating more vegetables and fruits.
  • Reduce the consumption of junk food.
  •   Stop thinking negative thoughts or thinking about 'What others will Say'.
  •   Forget your past and smile for the coming future.
  •  Go for a Morning Walk.
  •  Do not judge or compare yourself.
  •  Listen music.
  •  Wear Clothes that make you Happy.
  •  Stay with your loved ones.
  • Be brave and show some gratitude.
  • Unfollow negative people from social media.
  •  Impress yourself instead of impressing others.
  • Stop Being afraid to be different.
  •  Fix some smart goals for your career.
  • Read good books and motivate yourself.  


Remember don't sit on a couch and wait for the changes to change your life. Its Our life so We ourselves are going to make it comfortable.

Throw away your trash that includes Fake Friends, Exes, Grudges, Bad habits, Anger and your doubts.

 Smile More. Do New Things.Be excited And have fun like Minions.
